The mattress can be folded into 4 parts. All parts are connected to each other. A packaged mattress has the dimensions of 75 cm x 75 cm x 40 cm. The mattress also is connected to the velcro.

Mattress 4 cm is made of hard foam, filling the high-density causes the comfort during exercise.Mattress filled with PE foam (4 cm) is tough. It is recommended for regular workouts. Feet do not sink into the mattress. A fall from a low height amortized, but is not suitable for exercise high above the floor.

10 cm mattress is made from foam upholstery. Mattresses are well suited to dropped from higher elevations.
